I get calls all the time from all over the country. The caller is looking to buy a home in the Daytona Beach area but not Daytona Beach! There are lots of towns surrounding Daytona Beach and each has its great neighborhoods and favorite restaurants. Local grocery stores and of course proximity to the beach! Today I want to talk about the great city of Port Orange. This is also where my family calls home.
Port Orange is a small city of about 65,000 residents. Port Orange schools are A-rated by the state, and one of the high schools, Spruce Creek High School, has made the list of one of the top 100 high schools in the nation for several years in a row, as well as offering students the International Baccalaureate program.
