- Professional Photography, HD Video, and Drone Arial Video will be used to create the base for marketing your home.
- A full scale online marketing blitz will take place over the entire listing cycle including Facebook, Youtube, and other social media outlets as well as many home search websites like Zillow, Truia, Realtor.com and many many more.
- A custom color property brochure will be created that specifically shows off the best features of your home. This flyer is made available to realtors throughout the local area for distribution to their buyers that may have potential interest in your home.
- A detailed description of the property with color high resolution photographs, video and virtual walk through of the home will appear in the Daytona Beach Area Board of Realtors Multiple Listing Service as well as in a Statewide Multiple Listing Service and others as needed
- Just listed cards will be mailed to local neighborhood residents. This will attract friends and family buyers potentially looking to move into the neighborhood
