Photos And Video Sell Your Home
Buyers want to view images and videos of your home before they can even decide if they want to go see it. It is very important that when you sell your home you present it with high-quality photos and videos. Buyers are online looking for my listings. Some of them find my listings on social media, some through search engines and through our websites, and some on the MLS system.
When a buyer wants to see a home, they expect to be able to watch the video and see what it’s like to walk in the front door or experience the walk to the beach through the lens of a drone flying over the neighborhood. Buyers want to be well-informed about the property they are looking at. Here are a few samples of videos I have created for listings I have sold.
Professional Photos
I use professional photographers that specialize in photography and videography of Real Estate. When buyers are looking online, they want to see large HD photos of every aspect and angle in a home. I try to use as many good photos as possible. You only have 1 chance to show off your home online. Photos are the #1 way for a potential buyer to look at the home.
Open Houses
Not every agent takes the time to hold open houses. I believe there is a lot of benefit to having a great open house. It takes a week of marketing to ensure a great turnout. I like to invite the neighbors and see if they may have a friend or family member looking to purchase in the neighborhood. I also market an open house heavily online. There are places online where buyers find open houses to attend and I make sure our open houses are listed everywhere. It sure is a whole lot more than putting out a sign and tying up a few balloons for an hour.
Internet Marketing
My listings are syndicated to hundreds of Home Search websites giving your listing exposure in the top searched home marketing websites like Zillow and Realtor.com. Newspapers websites throughout the country will also receive a syndication of your home as well and list it among other homes for sale here in Florida. I specialize in getting listings into search engines and social media. including places like Google, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, and more. This is where today’s buyers are looking for their homes.

People from all across the country and from overseas get information from me or my office about new properties we bring to market. Print Marketing and Direct Mail
Yes, there are still print marketing avenues that are used in today’s digital age. I deliver a lot of print marketing by hand to local residences by door knocking. I get out and make it known your home is for sale. You may have found me from my door knocking in my local area. I send out Just listed, Open House, and other marketing flyers about your property until your home is sold.
MLS Listing and Marketing
I will put your home in the MLS with professional photography, and high-quality video showing off your home. I will enter the data about your home into the MLS with accuracy so we target the right buyers. I also cross reference every Realtor in the county that has a buyer looking for a home similar to yours and I market them with information to make sure we don’t miss any potential buyers.
